Hands down my best storage rental experience! Owner is extremely nice and bent over backwards for us. Clean, dry units with working locks and latches. We were in the process of trying to close on a house and needed a place to store furniture and packed boxes. I called four other storage facilities before contacting Pretzel City. None of them got back to me. Pretzel City immediately sent me a link, I chose my unit, paid the security deposit and prorated rent then met up with the owner the same day.
