Read this if you this company is assigned via AHS ticket: I read the reviews and many owner feedback seems to be “different company, not accurate review”. I verified this is indeed the correct Adams Appliance Repair. Tech to fix our icemaker was a nice guy but took four times coming onsite to figure out how to fix an icemaker. Waste of valuable time and I don’t believe this company understands, nor cares what this means to people. Do yourself a favor and have AHS dispatch ticket to a new company if this one is assigned.
Was sent by AHS , Adam (not the owner) came out to fix the issue we were having with our fridge. Had another 5 star rated company from Skokie come take a look (3 times) and they couldn't fix the issue. Adam came, diagnosed the issue,.ordered parts and installed. Took about 7-10 days due to holiday. It's been about 5 days and the fridge is working great. Had cooling issues in the top area. Ty Adam. You were amazing. Proficient and professional!
Terrible service. Cost us more to fix the issue he created. Do not use this company...just terrible
Adam was an exceptional diagnostician for our washing machine (covered through AHS) and even provided insight into other appliances (dishwasher) based on his 20+ years of experience. He is an extremely knowledgeable technician!! Would recommended him in a heartbeat!
