Poor service. Doesn't seem to care about fixing the problem. It's unfortunate that american home shield hires "professionals" like this. He basically told me there's nothing he can do to fix my problem and left (spent less than 5 minutes in my house). Will never hire again.
Adam came out to assess what was wrong with the dishwasher and freezer, he was very kind and professional. Angelica was also kind and provided good advice. The company is responsive and communicative to American home shield and relays information quickly.
Adam, the technician, did a great. On time and very professional. He is really knows what he is doing. Highly recommend!!
