We just got back from a 3 week vacation overseas late last night and noticed both units were not working properly. My wife called first thing this morning and Adam literally arrived 2 hours later. He properly diagnosed both units and took the time to explain along the way every single detail of his work along with pricing associated with each needed repair. Our HVAC unit was making a terrible noise and I thought it may be the inducer motor going bad. I called Adam’s Air Conditioning and heating to come out and take a look. Adam’s co-worker Nick came out the next day and diagnosed the problem. It was indeed the inducer motor. The part was an $800.00 part but was still under warranty. Not only did Nick replace the motor which is very labor intensive, he also brought up to code my gas line which was improperly installed by another company. Nick was on time and efficient.
