Bought a set of carpets and wind deflector for my XK. Great quality items, quick delivery and customer service from Emma is top notch.
I purchased a grille for a Jaguar. I asked for a delivery after a certain date. I received an email that I had a delivery whilst I was away. They assured me it was not from adamesh. I returned and there it was waiting for me. When the body shop tried to fit the part it was not a good fit but they made it work by doing a modification. Not really acceptable. The response received when I contacted the company was they sell plenty of them for Jaguar and Bentley with no issues. All evidenced with emails. Buyer beware.
Made an Ebay purchase incorrectly my bad didnt read advert properly, contacted Adamesh and in minutes sorted out the problem so I had the correct item without any fuss highly impressed a lot of companies including Main dealers need to follow their lead on customer service and efficiency towards their customers in future Adamesh will be my first port of call for parts Mick Caswell
