Made contact over night via their enquiry page for a service quote and zone sensor issue on reverse cycle ducted system and had already received a response via email by the morning. Very reasonably priced, so requested to be booked in - wasn’t expecting the very same day! Punctual, considerate brought own dust sheets etc, thorough and friendly.
