Office staff is terrible! Dr. McDowell doesn’t care about his patients and does not follow through on anything. There are so many good caring doctors in the area & he is not one of them. Beth, women get married & use different names. Don’t try & tell me I wasn’t a patient or didn’t bring anything to the attention of the office staff. The front office staff was terrible when I tried to discuss an issue. Again, there are so many caring doctors with great staff I would prefer not to discuss this with you.
