This is the 3rd time I have been seen by Dr Templeton. I have to travel from another state as the gastro doc I see in my own state has referred me to him. His techniques and abilities are advanced. His office has been very good about contacting me to set up appointments, etc.. Communication has never been a problem. It can be difficult to schedule appointments, but this is a very busy office. i was cancelled the same day of my appt,l live over an hour away from NW hosp(UW)the MA was rude(becky,beth,meghan something like that name) and the office manager DEBBIE was the devil .......,l have nothing bad to say about Dr Templeton because this is the second time ive been cancelled with him so l didnt have the PRIVILEGE to grace his ROYAL presence.the Anestesiologist refused to put me under without a cardic clearance on the same day of the procedure VERY VERY unproffessional TACKY TACKY,HEALTHCARE is 3rd world cowboy m... read more

Wasn't helpful at all. He ran one test told me to stop taking the medicine that was actually helping me. Then referred me on to another doctor that i have still never been able to get ahold of or make an appointment with. I had to wait 3 months to see him just for him to do nothing. Now I have to go to Virginia Mason to see another doctor.

I have seen several good GI doctors before but Dr. Templeton is the best I have seen. He listens and calls you with the results. However the main problem is you can not call directly to his office. UW has the worst messaging system. There is no a direct line to get to his office. Your call will be transferred at least four times (if you are lucky) to talk to some one in his office
