I had a tree strike my house causing damage to my roof and gutters and Adam Vaillancourt Roofing was AMAZING! During such a stressful time for me, they took the time to walk me through everything. Repairs were completed quickly and they kept me informed every step of the way. Their customer service is the best I have worked with and I would reccommend them without hesitation!
The project manager communicated exceptionally well with me, keeping me posted of every step and answering any questions. The work was done quickly and clean up as meticulous.
Professional, extremely courteous and no pushy sales gimmick. I was very impressed by their commitment to superior customer service.
Our salesman Andy was thorough with his inspection both on the roof it self and inspecting from underneath in the attic. He explained the process and the specified products thoroughly.
