Dr. Ulibarri is a fantastic, caring doctor. But Optum has much to be desired. Several months ago I scheduled my elderly parents to have their wellness check ups done back to back on the same day. I received notification by text that my mother's appointment had been rescheduled without my consultation to a later time in the day.
