Adam Cary is not a good CPA and their customer service is just as bad. Had an issue with the IRS and was previous client of Glenn Millar's. Set up an appointment to talk to Adam, he never called, was told his other call went longer. We had a call at around 2pm, he didn't call me until after 5pm on the way to his kid's soccer game. Told me how important my call was. Ended up hiring him because I didn't know of anyone else. He and his office ended up screwing that up too. Thank goodness I found another CPA to help me out. Very professional and attentive to my situation. Followed through on verbal statements - took copious notes and got me the best outcome. Very happy with the service and staff - highly recommend them.
