No-one will work harder on your loan than Adam Styer. Adam works with an entire team to get your loan done. He is super responsive. I am self-employed and my loan was not straight forward. Adam worked with me weekly and sometimes daily to get all of the documents I needed. He then worked closely with the title company to make sure I could close when I needed to I could close remotely. Adam is THE BEST in the business and I will be back to get another loan with him anytime. If someone told you no, call Adam and get your YES!

I cannot recommend Adam Styer enough! I never fill out these reviews but for everything Adam did - he is beyond deserving of it. Adam is awesome - he works to understand your needs, presents multiple and often creative financing options to meet them, and supports you throughout the whole home purchase (as you navigate option period/concessions, appraisals/LTVs, etc.). We shopped around with four other lenders when buying our home, from other locals to nationals, and he was up and away the best. He was super hands-on, willing to hop on a call and answer my MANY questions. The homebuying process is stressful but its less so with Adam on your team.
