My husband and I love Dr. Stephenson. He takes all the time we need to cover our health topics. He is understanding of our personal preferences while offering what is medically available. He is not pushy but describes and determines best medical practices for each of our situations.
Great primary care.
Dr. Stephenson is caring and attentive to issues at hand. Nowadays, all doctors are against the clock with corporate pressures of seeing so many patients in a specific time period. You can see that he tries hard to extend as much time as he can to what he can address. He listens and has a kind "bedside" manner. I'm very fortunate to have him as my PCP.
I’ve been seeing Dr Stephenson for about a year now. I find him very responsive in app (how I prefer), and in office visits are always on time. Bonus: he also has a funny sense of humor that I appreciate.
I would characterize this doctor as unprofessional and concerned more about his time than the health and well being of patients. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. Having shown up for my appointment less than 10 minutes late I was told he would not see me. He wouldn't even reconsider given my pressing medical concern. Having been directed to this facility (that is over 20 miles away from me) by the Valley Medical phone center I tried to explain I was stuck in traffic. They didn't care. They told me to reschedule.
