I called Adams and Sons 3 days before the big snow storm, and they were so kind to let me bring my portable generator to get looked at. They made no promises that they would have time to fix it which was obviously very fair because I was so late to the party in getting the generator fixed. As the snow started to fall on Sunday night, I got a call from Patty that they had worked all day and into the night, and my generator was ready at 9PM!!!!
