My husband and I recently bought an older bungalow in Somerset. When we noticed a pipe leaking in the basement, the plumber arrived quickly and got right to work. Colin figured out exactly where the leak was coming from, cut new pipe, and skillfully installed it through a tight spot in the basement up to our first floor radiator. Our toilet drain got clogged in the evening, and after trying to fix it myself, I decided to call a plumber. The first few companies weren’t available soon enough, but when I called, Keith arrived later that night and got everything working again. With only one bathroom, we really needed this fixed fast. I was very happy with how helpful everyone was, from the folks on the phone to Keith who did the repair. We have a few other plumbing things that need attention, and I know who I’ll be calling next time.

The plumber service was definitely worth the cost. After a sewer backup flooded our basement, they arrived in less than two hours and got the drain cleared quickly. While checking the sewer line with their camera, they discovered a broken connector and showed me exactly what was wrong on the screen. The next day, they replaced the damaged part, which was buried 12 feet deep in our yard. The installation was completely professional. Bentley was our plumber and handled more issues than expected, but stayed calm and friendly the whole time. When problems came up, Bentley fixed them with a smile and updated our old water heater. We really appreciate the great service and how Bentley went out of the way to make sure we were satisfied.
