The installation was completely professional. Bentley was our plumber and handled more issues than expected, but stayed calm and friendly the whole time. When problems came up, Bentley fixed them with a smile and updated our old water heater. We really appreciate the great service and how Bentley went out of the way to make sure we were satisfied. had 3 toilets installed at my place in somerset and got a great discount for doing more than one. the quote was fair for the whole job. during installation, colin found a broken flange that needed to be replaced, which added a bit to the cost, but it was important to fix and probably explained the original issues. the work was done fast and everything was installed correctly. what i liked most is that when a small problem came up later—some debris in the toilet tank—they followed up right away and fixed it at no extra charge... read more

I called Adam & Sons Plumbers for their 24-hour emergency service because sewage was backing up in my Somerset condo. I couldn't stop others from using water, which made it come up into my finished basement and my neighbors' too. Jalen came out and really worked hard to clear the blockage.
