They did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets! Very professional and trustworthy—I felt comfortable leaving them to work while I was out. I have pets, and Michael was always gentle and considerate with them. I use their carpet cleaning service for all my needs in Quincy, and it’s wonderful to come home to fresh, clean carpets, rugs, and even a sofa that looks and smells like new. This place is a joke. They never showed up to do the work. Called for 2 days they said the manager would call me right away. We'll that was 3 days ago I'm still waiting.
