i had an 8x10 area rug in my living room that needed a good deep carpet cleaning. When i called Adam & Sons Carpet Cleaners, they explained there is a $60 minimum for in-home service, so they suggested i drop the rug off instead to save money. i was really impressed by that honest and helpful advice. i brought the rug in that same day, and a few days later it was ready for pickup. Since it was late friday afternoon, the turnaround made sense, and i appreciated the clear communication. The rug cleaning came out excellent, wit... read more
We recently brought on a carpet cleaning vendor for our property management company, and the experience has been excellent. Michael took time to review all of our carpet care needs, including services beyond basic carpet cleaning like enzyme treatment, black light inspection, carpet stretching, patch repair, and tough stain removal. We handle a high volume of turnover and tenant needs, so having a crew that can manage both routine cleaning and specialty carpet work has been a big help. I have worked with carpet service vendo... read more
We called Adam & Sons Carpet Cleaners to clean a large condo carpet, and the appointment was set for Wednesday morning. I highly recommend Adam & Sons Carpet Cleaners. michael and dillon are honest, reliable, skilled, and very helpful. michael has always been ready to share useful carpet care tips and even helped me make a better choice when picking out new carpet for our home. We had a sudden water heater leak that soaked part of the carpet, and even though it was at the end of the day, they came over right away with a positive attitude and helped us handle the water clean up fast. They explained the carpet drying process, helped protect the... read more
Dillon and Sebastian came to my apartment in Quincy to clean the carpet, and they were very friendly and professional. They did an excellent job with the carpet cleaning and explained each step of the process in simple detail, including the treatment and stain removal work. They were careful, thorough, and easy to talk to, and the carpet looked fresh and renewed when they finished. They also helped with a tough black sticky glue spot that had been left on the carpet after some flooring work, and they were able to remove it c... read more
