We used a whole-house carpet cleaning deal for up to 2,000 square feet and were very happy with the results. Sebastian provided excellent customer service, explained the carpet cleaning options clearly, and never used any high-pressure sales tactics for extra services. They arrived right on time and clearly explained the full cleaning process from start to finish, including how the pre-treatment, steam cleaning, and drying would go.
