My title attorney recommended using a local mortgage officer vs. a large bank. I chose Adam's office and am glad I did. He was helpful, responsive, and made the approval/lending process as easy as it can be made. His mortgage processor, Kristen, was also great. She was patient, responsive, and instrumental to helping me stay organized with the required documentation. 10/10 would do business again and will recommend to friends and family.
