My mother, a 91-year old widow on a fixed income, visited Dr Harwood in early October 2023 for bridge work. She was charged $4,100 for the two visit procedure. Since then, my brother has called Dr Harwood’s office numerous times and visited personally in order to get a record of the work done in order to submit it for insurance reimbursement. I was supposed to get a root canal, but the office canceled the appointment less than an hour before my appointment. The office manager Liz said she would call me to reschedule, but never has despite multiple times I tried to reach her. Avoid this office and set up your appointment elsewhere.
Dr Harwood and Liz did a fantastic job for my root canal treatment. The process was efficient and painless thanks to his experience.
Phenomenal experience from beginning to end! Liz greeted me immediately and made me feel calm and comfortable. We chatted and discussed the insurance coverage. Once in the back, Dr. Harwood explained the procedure thoroughly including showing me the x-rays. Dr. Harwood made sure my mouth was completely numb before beginning the procedure.
