Adam Saffel has checked out for a long and never ending vacation! Have purchased the policy in May and it was supposed to be a simple transaction one and done! I have been in their office more than 3 times now followed by a dozen phone calls and issue still not resolved. Every time I go there and spend 2 to 3 hours there while the only staff working there tries to help but I come back with the issue not resolved. Adam if you see this please consider retirement!
