Horrible customer service. Called to inquire about service for my car at 8:30 am. Said they could do it early afternoon and would give me a call back. Hung around the area all morning but never received a call. Called the next day and got the same story. Once again no call. If you do not want the business, just say so. Last place on earth I would take my car.
Awful! Walked in to see if they could put a machine on my car to see why my check engine light kept coming on...was told..." We are busy in the garage...and can't drop everything to fix your car right now" And I said...I didn't expect them to fx it now...that just to see what was wrong and if they could fix it some other time. Since there are no reviews, I figured I would add one. I have used this company several times, always with good results. They have a tow trucker who will tow from anywhere in Pearland for $65, you know thats a good deal. They have usually been prompt with getting car back (usually a 1-2 day turnaround, depending on parts), and were able to bill to my toyota warranty without me getting heavily involved.
