Unit was not move in ready: among some of the issues were urine and blood on one of the toilets, vents on the ceiling have very prominent filth, and the racks in the closets have noticeable dirt, grime, and residue on a few of them. Upon move in, the toilet overflows from the tank, making the toilet unusable. If the space would have been cleaned and checked, it would be a great space. The apartment itself could be a great deal, but the extremely poor move in condition should have been resolved.
Great company to work for. Managers and corporate make you feel like family. Plus places are very well maintained and fairly PRICED. Jennifer and Roxanne are the Micheal Jordans of property management always bringing there A game everyday, easily the smoothest running properties in iowa. Keep up the great work ladies! And maintenance is 5 star service every single time. Tyler definitely needs a promotion. The Guy can fix anything and I mean anything and is really good about teaching others in ways they understand. My buddy had a terrible experience here with roaches and the managers and maintenance workers aren’t in any hurry to fix it:(( inconsiderate and disrespectful.
Took MONTHS for them to respond to a ticket about BLACK MOLD in our dishwasher. Failed to notify us before entering our apartment when they finally got around to it. EXTREMELY POOR COMMUNICATION!! Our vehicle has been registered since day one and they towed it anyway. Even with proof of this they kept saying "it's in the lease we can tow any vehicle." Apartments are crusty and out of date. DON'T RENT HERE!
A buddy of mine had lived there over a year and they towed his car even though they registered it through them, they realized they made the mistake but still made him pay Ofer $300 absolutely disgraceful! They should be held responsible
