Very disappointed. My child was moved to him after children's lost their rheumatologist, and he hasn't even seen her, all interactions have been by phone with his nurses. They were not positive experiences and extremely dismissive. They were quick to speak with my child's primary care, which is good at least.
My daughter was under the care of Dr. Reinhardt for a few years until our recent move, and we were thoroughly pleased with his care, attentiveness, and kindness. His staff was also amazing and would quickly answer any questions you may have especially through the portal messaging center. We loved that Boystown was a one stop shop when it came to her medical needs whether it was Rhematology, needing bloodwork, or any imaging.

I was a patient of Dr. Reinhardt as a child. He had such a profound impact on my life that I will never forget. I truly wish he could be my rheumatologist even as an adult.
He saved my life when I was 16 years old without him I wouldn't be here he put my lupus in remission twice and I can never repay him for that but I can thank him for the life I have now
