I was NOT impressed. Dr. Riordan does his surgeries at the Guthrie Ithaca City Harbor facility. I arrived for my upper endoscopy procedure on time. I had to wait an hour-and-a-half before being wheeled into the procedure room. There were no explanations or even a hint of apology for the unacceptable delay. While I was waiting, more and more patients were in checked in by the nurses and everybody was waiting. The doctor goes from one procedure to another and spends very little time with the patients.
