Very happy with Dr Pasternak he is always thorough and explains everything.
I was asked to arrive 15 minutes early, and I did which I then had to wait 30 minutes to be taken back to the exam room. The tech was very personable and efficient. Another 15 minutes before I saw my doctor. This is not exclusive to this office. This is something me and my family have experienced in several physician offices. I wish they would recognize the patients time is just as valuable to them as the physicians time is to her/him. My appointment was at 1 o'clock, I didn't leave the office until after 2.
Dr Pasternack and staff were attentive to my health concerns and we are working on a plan to keep my numbers in check. He also made a referral me to see a specialist.
Loved Dr Pasternak. My first visit with him. He had reviewed my chart, actually examined me, explained his diagnosis and planned treatment. He did not look at or type into a computer while with me. He listened and his treatment plan worked. I did have wait time but I was an add on to an already full schedule so understandable. Definitely a great experience under the circumstances...pain.
