My mom, my stepdad, and I have all tried to make appointments to establish as a new patient so many times now. Between the 3 of us 4 appointments have been canceled and rescheduled at the “earliest available” which is always at least 3-4 weeks out, minimum. My appointment is in 2 and a half weeks and I have zero hope that my appointment will actually be kept. I was not satisfied with my appointment. The doctor came in an hour 1 1/2 after my scheduled time. On my pre registration it asked if there was anything else I wanted to discuss but what I put was not even acknowledged during my appointment. I needed to let him know I needed refills but I didn’t get a chance to. I had a few other concerns but was not able to get them addressed.
