Dr Ueberroth significantly and negligently decreased my quality of life with his "care". When I saw him four years ago he dismissed my symptoms with an eyeroll and the statement "well, these ARE psychosomatic symptoms" . I was im fact completely disabled by what I didn't know at the time were daily, uncontrolled seizures. After finding a competent and wonderful neurologist he was appalled and knew within minutes--and my history that all physicians have that ive fully disclosed in an attempt to stay alive-- that I was experie... read more
Recommended by PCP for severe ankle nerve pain. Was able to schedule quickly (during quarantine virus time) an EMG. Staff very friendly and Dr. Ueberroth was on time, explained the test and what procedure he was about to do. No surprises. Test took about 15 minutes. Afterwards he answered my questions and possible reasons for the pain. A follow up with my PCP is required.
I am writing this review for my elderly parents. They arrived at the approximate location one hour early. Due to poorly mapped out directions they were unable to locate the office. They called the office for help and were sent to vm. They had a minor auto wreck, and when someone finally answered they explained all this and the Dr wouldn't see them because they were 10 minutes late! If this is any reflection of the way he cares about his patients it's a good thing he turned them away.
I was referred to Dr. Ueberroth for a diagnosis. After two tests he determined what he felt I was dealing with. I found him very knowledgeable and kind and would recommend him highly. His medical assistant also went out of her way to make my time with them more comfortable. Also, he spends a great deal of time with me and I never felt rushed through an appointment of which I have had four.
I have had two occasions where he chose to recommend me to other physicians instead of sticking to his professional opinion. This doubt for easy things leads me to believe he is insecure as a physician and does not make the most accurate determination for the patient's care. Also, I had an incident where he exhibited overly friendly behavior leaving me uncomfortable as well as a room where a laptop with patient information was exposed. I left to find a trustworthy physician.
Dr. Ueberroth has been fantastic to both my wife and I. He was calm and courteous during an inpatient stay and has been responsive and compassionate during outpatient check-ins. He once spent 45 minutes with my wife and I just talking about various aspects of my condition and prognosis. I've literally never felt like a doctor was giving me as much of his time and attention as Adam has every time I've met him. Very competent, smart, and attentive.
Very kind and attentive Doctor. He has helped me manage my migraines pain which has raised my quality of living. Very grateful for his help.
