Very impersonal, horrible bedside manner- did not even ask my husband his symptoms but told him what his symptoms were based on reports from others.
Dr. Newman works for Rapid City Regional ER. This hospital is in network for Blue Cross/Blue Shield. What Dr. Newman will not tell you when he sees you is that he does not accept many of the insurances that the hospital he works for does, including Blue Cross/Blue Shield.
