BEWARE!! Check contract- they will bait and switch from Fixed cost to cost plus- confirm allowances make sense- check pricing with reputable vendors BEFORE you agree to anything. Confirm Draw schedule and amounts BEFORE you sign anything. Everything is due to COVID- that will be their favorite excuse for charging 40-50% more than you agreed to. Dont be fooled by the TOO GOOD TO BE TRUE quote- trust me it is.
They are an absolute worst nightmare. Look them up carefully- they will rip you off.... We made a terrible mistake- had to ultimately fire Adam and Dave for not following their own contract, deceptive actions, not paying for items , taking property we paid for, hiding mistakes and they could not finish the work due to inability to coordinate required work timely....
