We build our house with Adam Mason in 2022. The build was started in February (when he told us it would start) and was finished earlier than he said it would be, despite all of the Covid-related disruptions. I think the price was competitive for what we got, and while we didn't have many variations, the pricing was fair on the ones we did make and I never felt like we were being gouged on them.
