Horrible visit. Osteoarthritis in my feet. He talked down to me, making me feel like I didn’t matter. Didn’t even look at my feet but said he looked at the xray and I needed surgery. Said what the surgery was and pretty much left the room. Had to track him down in the hall and ask about recovery times. He had no med side manner and seemed only interested in the next patient. My wife went to the ER and told she had broken her metatarsal bone in her foot and referred to Dr. Mandel. During her appointment, he told her she only had a broken little toe and instructed her to wear the boot provided for 2 weeks, and if it's not better she should come back to see him. We.left his office and got a 2nd opinion at Ortho SC, where they determined her foot was broken. They put her in the proper boot to stabilize her foot and another specialist is taking great care of her.
DR MANDEL is a fabulous surgeon With torn tendons and bones needing fusing, he did an incredible job. He is an ultra profectionist which is apparent in the work he did on my ankle and foot. His staff as well are so Courteous and Professional and are a great working team. In closing I can't say enough good PThings about Dr Mandel who kept me well informed from beginning to end, if 5 stars is the most you can rate, I give him a 10 BOB GOMER LITTLE RIVER
That’s my doctor kool he listen he understands over all he his my doctor awesome
Dr. Mandel was so friendly, caring and knowledgeable. He took time to explain everything to us and most importantly to our 12 year old daughter, which was the patient. He personally took her xrays. The staff were all friendly. 10 out of 10 hands down!! Great doctor and staff!!
