Complete lack of integrity and honesty towards a longtime customer. I am currently selling my home and as part of the home inspection it was found that the roof had hail damage and would need to be replaced. I reviewed my policy and noticed that there was now a 1% wind and hail deductible added to the regular flat deductible. I called Adams office, he was not available, but one of his staff offered to answer my question. She said that the 1% did not take affect until my April 2025 renewal.
