They are the worst property management company. Financials are always late, multiple mistakes on financials, when you question them it takes weeks to get corrected. If you send them an email, they say we'll get right on it and then a week later you're still waiting. Had our water turned off because they didn't contact COT water to transfer accounts. Changed ownership with no notice, changed reps with no notice and I could continue but I think you get the idea. We are a small subdivision and this is inexcusable!
I am on the board of a HOA managed by Adam LLC, with James Rudisell as the manager working with our HOA. James is wonderful to work with and the quality of life has improved since he became manager. He has also helped the Board step and become more proactive. He's also great at advising us as a Board on what projects to pursue. I wholeheartedly recommend ADAM LLC for managing your HOA and especially James Rudisell as the ADAM LLC MANAGER FOR YOUR hoa.
