Have called at least 4 times with not a single call back. They tried to text me so I answered and guess what they dropped that ball too!! They will not answer the phone.
I was very impressed with the degree to which Josh auger worked to provide to me and my family, both auto and homeowners policies at a reasonable rate. Much of this was done while he was on vacation. I believe Josh went over and above to accommodate me. I appreciate him very much

I was literally in the process of switching from Progressive home insurance to Kin home insurance when Ryan called me out of the blue. I usually don’t answer unknown numbers, but it was kind of late. Lo and behold it was Ryan Dillon with State Farm. Ryan was soooooooooooo awesome and patient.
