They call 1 day before my appt & told me MD had a meeting in the afternoon & I had to change my appt to the morning. I told them I could not as I had meetings at work & the notice was too short to change them. My appointment was at 3, finally got to see the Dr. at 4:45, after being shuffled to an office to sit and wait, then had to go to his office. I was basically pushed out of the office because the girl that scheduled PFT's was getting ready to leave. HE NEVER helped me with my coughing/wheezing that has been going on for 2 wks and getting worse. I told him the OTC meds aren't working at all. The entire office staff as well as Giselle the office manager is unprofessional and does not return VMs or urgent matters. Weeks of trying to get in contact about my referral being declined as well as my insurance company contacting them and they lied stating the resubmitted it. Never going back
I had my appointment with the doctor. We came up with a plan which included taking an MRI and his office getting my previous records. I live a distance from his office, he said he would call with the results. I never got a call. I tried to call the office several times to get those results. The voice mail does not work (they know this) so it is not possible to leave a message. When I did reach the office, they would not give me the results. I was told the doctor would call with them. Have had appointments four times, each one was canceled At this point after having four appointments canceled, There is no use of having a Dr. who keeps canceling appointments. I called to have a letter stating I was total disabled! He won’t do it because he hasn’t seen me in over a YEAR! Again, not my fault, if he didn’t keep canceling my appointments I would have seen Dr Griggs at least twice! This place is useless. Very unprofessional
Such a kind and considerate man. Soothes your anxieties and is very thorough. Excellent bedside manner!
