As Windows 10 was ending, I was in need of a new computer and was referred to Dustin for assistance. Wow, one of the best calls I ever made. Dustin was kind and patient and recommended a new machine that met my needs. He answered all of my questions, performed the file transfer, and walked me through the set-up in person to ensure everything worked properly. If I need tech support, I'll certainly go back. Thanks!
