Dustin is fantastic and responds promptly to address the problem. After installing a new motherboard and cooler, I encountered the blue screen of death when I started up my PC. Dustin managed to take in the desktop, fixed the issue and gave it back to me by EOD as promised. Absolutely great customer service.
Very pleased with Dustin and the gang at AJCC TECH. They have rescued me twice from computer takeover. If you get a notice that your computer has been disabled and to call some number - DON'T! Do nothing but call AJCC TECH and do exactly what they tell you to do. They will solve your problem promptly and their fees are very reasonable and you wallet will be way ahead.
AJCCTECH is the best! I've been with them for over 10 years, and during that time they've never failed to get me through any number of problems fast and with the kind of encouragement I needed to help me stay calm in the face everything from a crashed hard disk to a viral attack and everything in-between.
