Dustin rules. I bought a $700 POS from NewEgg (some cheap inland China shop). It worked fine, but then I left it unplugged for about 3 months after barely using it. When I turned it on again, it for some reason booted into a Chinese BIOS...there was a random admin password that did not exist before. Turns out there was a corrupted partition.
