My Dell desktop died on me yesterday in the middle of a critical work project, and Dustin came to the rescue immediately. He figured out the issue quickly, and made the necessary repairs at a very reasonable cost. I was back up and running by mid-afternoon. I cannot thank him enough for his efforts. Dustin rules. I bought a $700 POS from NewEgg (some cheap inland China shop). It worked fine, but then I left it unplugged for about 3 months after barely using it. When I turned it on again, it for some reason booted into a Chinese BIOS...there was a random admin password that did not exist before. Turns out there was a corrupted partition. Dustin bypassed the low level PW madness, reinstalled Windows, gave advice on future hardware, fixed my poorly-installed fan, and even fixed a USB drive for one hour of labor. Fun and pe... read more
