I brought in my cat and dog for their shots and due to Covid, had to wait in the car with my pets. It was a hot day and even though I had my AC on high, both pets got hot. After my dog got her shot, it was my cat's turn. She is very shy about strangers, and when she got taken inside by a nurse, my cat was very anxious. The doctor told me unless her temperature went down, he couldn't give her the shot, which I thought was reasonable. This vet is the total package: knowledgeable, has expertise AND cares. After having a terrible experience with another vet that said there’s nothing we can do for our 17 yo kitty with sudden renal failure, we saw Dr. John Adam.
