I swear Sam is the best jeweller I've ever been to. His service is amazing with him being so honest, kind and reliable and also his expertise with jewellery. I've had some watch repairs, ring resizing and even bought some jewellery for my friends. Sam's shop has a little bit of everything from creative sets to basic and trendy sets. I will always recommend Sam to anyone who will listen He is 10/10
The owner Sam has apparently got a licence to buy gold. He is a fraud. I went into his shop with an 18 ct gold pendant I wanted to sell. He did not weigh it, looked at it, said it was not gold which was a lie. He said he would give me $100. I laughed and said it is 18 ct gold and was verified with anothe jeweller. He kept asking what the other jeweller had offered to pay for it. I asked what will you give me. He reluctantly said he would pay $200 which the other jeweller had offered. basically got robbed. charged me $190 to replace my clasp on my gold necklace, searched it up after i left and the clasp costs $50 online to purchase. it took him 5 minutes to replace the clasp. so basically got charged $140 for 5 minutes of his time. i’m not very informed about jewellery so i thought this was a normal price until i searched it up online after i left. scammer, would not go there again.
Sam Adam at Adam Jewellers, Macquarie is phenomenal. I severely bent and damaged my favourite signet ring and thought it was a lost cause. Sam shaped it and polished it & now it looks brand new! Such friendly service and completely reasonable pricing- would recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you Sam, will definitely be coming back!!
I was hoping to receive some assistance, but unfortunately, I didn’t get the support I needed and ended up not being able to see the product I was interested in. I wouldn’t necessarily call it a miscommunication, but I did feel that the service I received was somewhat impolite and left me dissatisfied. I believe that with more genuine interest and thoughtful engagement, Jolly Shop could provide a much better customer experience.
