Sam Adam at Adam Jewellers, Macquarie is phenomenal. I severely bent and damaged my favourite signet ring and thought it was a lost cause. Sam shaped it and polished it & now it looks brand new! Such friendly service and completely reasonable pricing- would recommend in a heartbeat. Thank you Sam, will definitely be coming back!!
I was hoping to receive some assistance, but unfortunately, I didn’t get the support I needed and ended up not being able to see the product I was interested in. I wouldn’t necessarily call it a miscommunication, but I did feel that the service I received was somewhat impolite and left me dissatisfied. I believe that with more genuine interest and thoughtful engagement, Jolly Shop could provide a much better customer experience.
Very friendly, respectful, honest Jeweller, I am so happy, all my jewellery was mended with new clasps (necklaces and braclets), resizing of two rings, amongst other advice. Thank you so much, appreciate your kindness, this is my second or third visit, will definitely be back.
I have been having the battery in my watch replaced at Adam Jewellers for years and had my rings resized last year. I can't speak highly enough of the owner. A quality job, friendly service and very flexible. I would be very happy to recommend Adam Jeweller to anyone.
A very good and respectable jeweller! Went here to get a ring resized smaller and very happy with the result, the service, and the customer experience. A place in castle towers was quoting $150-$200 and a 2-3 week wait. Which was why I was both shocked and surprised to hear Adam Jewellers offering a $50 job in 30 minutes. The man who did the job, presumably the boss / manager, was very kind in explaining what the process will entail, making sure I was 100% aware of what I was paying for.
