Simply disappointed n financially fully stuck due to negligence of someone for renting our house,no screening,no verification, no complete documents.only work on google screen shots n hand over our house keys.n now its we fully stuck with empty hands n pockets n waiting for ltb hearing date n eviction by law.but yes they are happy they get whayever they want on name of providing services.n now noone wana pick your phone.thanks for this horroble experience.didnt expect it but yes face it. Was very pleased with Adam, very pleasent young man. He had our house sold in 2 weeks. There was a few houses on the market in our area. The two weekends he had open house on the Sat and Sun, then Fri and Sat. Very helpful, answered all our questions, we called him many times. We were first time sellers. Would I get him again? Absolutely. I highly recommend him.
