My brother is in pain and scheduled an appointment with them; however, the price changed on the very day of the visit. The receptionist’s conduct was utterly rude—she spoke to him disrespectfully and demanded a fee that was $110 higher than the agreed-upon price, bringing the cost of a standard check-up to $275. This is absolute madness! Where is the clinic's doctor? He needs to know how his staff is treating the people
