The worst. I will not even call him a doctor. Brought my Dad in for a prostrate cancer consultation at the Garden State Urology office in Whippany,NJ. He was on his cell phone totally ignoring us. I asked how much is the consultation visit $ 350.00 can you please put your phone down and talk to us explain options for my Dad, suggest a treatment plan. He continued to text message whom ever then looks up and asks how old is your father? I tell him 87 his reply's how much money do you want to spend to keep him alive. I was tota... read more
The office staff is incompetent. I made an appointment but insurance wasn’t verified by the office. I get a call the day before my appointment that they don’t accept my insurance. This should have been addressed the day I made the appointment not the day before my appointment. Very unprofessional office staff. I would not recommend going to this office. I’m sure Dr Berman is an excellent doctor. Just wish his staff was vetted better for incompetency.
