I had a detached retina and severe cataracts and was completely blind in left eye. Dr Altman was able to remove the cataracts, floaters, and replace the lens and restored my vision, even though the inside of my eye was nearly destroyed from cataracts and retina problem. If the rating could go higher, I would score higher. I met him because I had a hole in my eye, and he did an emergency corneal transplant almost 28 years ago. He opened his office for me on the weekend to accommodate me. I married, moved away, had problems and he immediately fit me into his schedule. Dr. Altman did a phenomenal job on my lasik surgery, helped me stay calm during the procedure, kept me informed during the process, he also answered every question I had pre-op and post op. 10/10
I’VE SHOULD HAVE DONE THIS SOONER!!! I’ve always had glasses since 3rd grade. I’ll be 39 this upcoming year. This decision to have Lasik surgery was one of the best decisions ever.
