Please be aware of this office due to female employee endangering my mother’s health. I went to Dr Adam Cole with my mother on 8/20 to the smith institute of urology at garden city. I can only describe this female as Hispanic and as a nurse or tech as the office staff refused to provide me her name or title. This was a female Hispanic employee who took my mother to the bathroom for a urine sample. This lady dropped the empty urine container on the bathroom floor contaminated the cup. This is a review of Adam Cole and the assistant at the garden city location. This is what happened to me. I went to the northwell smith institute of urology at garden city yesterday for a uti issue. The intake nurse (name I was not able to obtain, but looks Hispanic dropped an empty urine collection container on the bathroom floor in front of me. I specifically requested a new container.
