I had seen another GI guy & had had anEGD & MRI. I spent a year with him with no resolution of my gut issues. On my last visit, I was told ‘everything is normal’. When I told him that there was no resolution of symptoms and that it was actually worse, he pretty much came back with’too bad, so sad but I can’t help you. Will not be going back here
I went there to setup my procedure with a new doctor because my usual doctor had retired. Everything went well until i got to the insurance dept. The man that was setting it up started telling me how much it would cost out of pocket. I kept trying to tell him I'm on a copay only plan but he wouldn't listen and got huffy about it, telling me how much i was going to have to pay after deductible.
