I was a patient of Dr. Hines. I am sorry to see that he is being moved to another location. Dr. Hines is very proficient, patient and understands my needs. He carefully listens and suggest treatment options. More over he is very friendly and I am not rushed into any decisions. I wish Dr. Hines well and hope he will be a mighty hand in providing healing to many in the future.
