I dont know why it takes so long to answer the phone. I am always on hold for at least 15 minutes or more. What happen to Customer Service!! I dont have a problems with the Doctors (their great) if you can get in the same day.
Not only does he go out of his way to make sure the patient is comfortable. Dr. Henry goes out of the way to make my son which has autism feel very comfortable and works with him to get things taken care of. He acts very quick when it comes to any kind of health concerns as well. The staff is unbelievably friendly and helpful
Likes starting treatments and don't finish. Just brushed me off on other doctors. Never returns messages, requests, or refills. Just left me hanging days without meds. Then I have to call to find out any updates. Nurses don't call either.
