10+ years he is my doc and he is always so patient and kind and smart. He will tell you what he thinks very clearly and LISTENS.
Dr. Henner has been taking care of my sick and injured ex father for decades. In the last few years specifically when my dad broke his hip Dr. Henner was the kindest and most helpful Dr I have ever dealt with. I HIGHLY recommend this doctor and this office. Please ignore the 1 star reviews from people who aren’t even commenting on the actual doctors work.
Poor front desk manners
I had a bad experience with the front desk. Employee named Norma she was very ghetto, seems as if she had poor phone manners. She refused to help. If I’m being quite honest I’m not considering seeing this doctor anymore because the front desk gives the first impression of the doctors office and if the front desk is not pleasant that says a lot about the doctor.
Dr. Henner is excellent. Its the front desk staff that is terrible and incompetent. Constantly have to call and nag for referrals and just get them to do their jobs. It’s a shame!
