Adam is extremely responsive, friendly and knowledgeable about the market. Highly recommend using Adam to sell your house as he guided us through the process and made what could have been a very stressful process, very manageable. His communication and follow through was key. He was open to what we wanted the process to be while provided us guidance to assure we had the outcome we wanted. There are certainly many realtors around but I made my decision on Adam Hedio. He was of great help to this novice in selling property. He answered every call or email sent. Not once did I feel neglected or put off but I felt always at the top of his list for aid. He explained all parts of the sale in an understanding language and not that of a lawyer.
