Called on 3/13/2024 at 2:45pm letting the person know my insurance notified me they are my Primary Care Physician. When I asked them to schedule me an appointment to be seen they refused stating "you have to come in person to fill out papers, then we schedule you to return again to be seen, it's not like other Practices where you arrive 15 minutes early to fill out the forms the same day you're seen".
I’ve been seeing Dr Gray since he got out of medical school in the 1990s. He’s very down to earth and doesn’t try to talk over your head. Absolutely the smartest person I know. He stays up to date on the latest information and updates. Where he really excels in the exam room is listening to what you have to say
