I was VERY unimpressed with Dr Goldsteins bedside manner and approach to medicine. I'm not a "soft" or easily offended individual. I greatly appreciate being told the truth and being talked to like an adult. Goldstein was dismissive, rude, insensitive, and cold. Not only in person at my visit but then again in his Progress Notes for the office visit in MyChart. It was my first time having surgery besides a cesarean 36 years ago, I was afraid of going under and the surgery. Dr Goldstein in my book was exceptional. His bedside manner was great. His explanations were in Laymans term. I do believe in God along with God, he made me comfortable enough to say yes I will go under your knife! I just had my check up 24 July 2025.
