I first met Adam back in October 2024 with knee pain, zero motivation and highly stressed. After getting an MRI and diagnosis in January 2025 Adam made changes to my sessions which massively helped and slowly i started to see some improvement. I went to Adam Gaunt after receiving a recommendation from a friend. I have long term problems with my back, both lumber and cervical caused from my work. Adam is very knowledgable and explains what the treatment and exercises that I do are for. This means that I know why I’m doing things and how these will help with my training plan. I worked with Adam for around 6 months on some tendon and groin issues which had been causing me issue for years. Adam quickly identified breakdowns in my movement patterns which were attributing to the issue and was able to provide me a simple but effective rehab routine which we progressed over the coming months.
