Dr. Adam was kind and explained everything very well. He also was very quick to contact me with test results and explain them to me in a way I could understand. I felt very comfortable with him.
Dr.Adam Gafni-Kane is super nice and kind person. He takes good care of his patients. I like his explanation about the procedure. He is an amazing doctor.
Unless you are scheduling an appointment at the Lakeview location do not try to schedule another appointment at a different location. I had to go to Skokie for a procedure, and the scheduler at Lakeview botched it. As background, I have medical PTSD (not due to anything remotely related to NS I want to be very clear on that. So the scheduler at Lakeview put me in for the last appointment of the day, and told me to arrive a half hour early to make sure I got in.
