My Husband went to see them. They fraudulently documented vitals that were never taken. They coded him at a higher visit than necessary. I’m a provider and I discovered this. But those who don’t know just pay bills without a second thought. They fraudulently charged and after four calls still no one will call me back to discuss. RecommendedHe was great when my 14 yr old had a humerus break and needed surgery. professional and nice. Seems to truly care about his patients and getting them well. Has great bedside manner, which always help when going through something painful and stressful.
Check your bills closely. Double billed for PT visits that had been paid over a month ago and charged for a service that the 3rd party billing group could not explain. The 3rd party billing group is useless. On a positive note, I did receive a call back within the hour from someone at Beacon who had some sense and could explain the bill. Buyer beware!!
